Knock knock. Who's there? Thomas. Thomas who? Thomas tawesomely cool assortment of comedy musicians and uber-talented freak-o-matons ever assembled.

What the heck are you talking about?
I'm talking about the Comedy Music Extravagasm! and Variety Show. It's only the most off the cob gathering of Dementia, Nerdcore, Filk, Filth, and Flim-Flam artists to hit the fan since our antedeluvian ancestors snuck away without paying their tab at the Primordial Soup Kitchen. That's absolutely right, we're talking about a FOUR DAY extravagasm of comedy music, variety acts, storytelling, audience participation, magicians, mayhem, malarky, and more ridiculously fun entertainments than you can stuff in Godzilla's tube sock.

Step up to the microphone and do that thang you do. Tell us about how you just flew in from Texas and boy your arms are tired. Sing a little ditty. Rock the house. Pull your legs behind your head and juggle wineglasses. Recite a saucy limerick. Eat a jeep. Do whatever it is you do that makes us get all smiley.
Everyone's invited. C'mon, don't be shy.

This is another event that's open to everyone. Regale us with tales of adventure. Stupify us with mindbending epics. Read a Dr. Suess book. We don't care what story you tell as long as you tell it well.

The Awful Show's popular game show "Screw Your Neighbor" (SYN for short) is coming to Con on the Cob and you are invited to be a contestant! SYN is a trivia-based game that pits 3 contestants in a battle of knowledge, smart wagering and bluffing. For more details, you can check out the FULL RULES or even better, you can HEAR THE GAME in action. Friday night's SYN topic will be "Weird Al", a tribute to the king of parody. The theme for saturday night is "old School Video Games".
You can sign up at the Con just prior to the events. All entries will be thrown into a hat (or some sort of container if an actual hat is unavailable) and contestants will be chosen at random - One entry per person per day.
